The Domio application is used by Up Realty staff and authorized contractors to manage property operations and work orders. In addition to the information above, the app collects:

• Location data: With your permission, the app records your approximate or precise location at the moment you update the status of a work order or add a comment, to document where work activity occurred. Location is not tracked in the background.
• Photos and camera: With your permission, photos you capture or attach are stored with the related work order or service request to document property conditions and completed work.
• Push notification identifiers: A device token used to deliver work order and schedule notifications to your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
• Account information: Your name, email address, and role, used to authenticate you and control access to features.

• Providing and managing services: To manage leases, handle maintenance requests, coordinate and document work orders, and provide customer support.
• Communication: To send notifications and updates related to our services.
• Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
• Improvement: To analyze usage and improve our services and functionality.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in providing our services (e.g., payment processors, maintenance contractors, and cloud hosting providers).
• Legal authorities: When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

SMS policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
